Amy takes a holistic approach to wellness, combining her skill set in Pilates and neuro-specific training to address both physical and mental well-being. By considering each individual’s unique needs and goals—whether related to neurological conditions, mobility challenges, or general health-- the methods utilized promote improved mobility, strength, and confidence all while fostering a sense of empowerment and well-being.

Informed Choices
Amy is committed to empowering clients with the knowledge of why and how. Why this exercise? How does this help me? How can I modify movements on my own so that I feel more confident? With two decades of experience in adaptive Pilates plus specialized training, she provides valuable education on anatomy, movement, and personal progress; working along side clients so that informed decisions are made and goals are worked towards.

About
Amy Hull
Amy holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from Linfield University and a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Body Arts and Science International. After owning and operating a Pilates studio for over a decade, she transitioned to specialize in working with individuals with neurological and movement challenges. Amy is a Level 2 graduate of The Neuro Studio and has completed neuro-specific training at Oregon Health & Science University.
She is a Board Member for Destination Rehab, where she leads adaptive Pilates classes for adults with neurological conditions. Outside of Pilates, Amy serves as a volunteer End-of-Life Doula with a hospice organization in Bend, offering compassionate support to those at the end of life.
